		PROGRAM FEE This year’s fee has increased, due to the Beijing Olympics and the concurrent rise in airfare. The cost is $7,900, which includes round trip airfare and room and board with a host family for the entire seven weeks. Payment of Program Fee: Participants must make a deposit of $1,000 within one week of notification of acceptance. Full payment is due by April 18. Upon payment-in-full of the Program Fee each applicant will be mailed an official admissions confirmation letter and an orientation packet. Payment of Program Fee can be made via personal check, certified bank check, or bank draft. THE PROGRAM FEE IS INCLUSIVE OF: Instruction and material costs, Room and board with host family Round-trip economy-class air ticket from New York City to Beijing, All school trips and related expenses scheduled by China Institute during the program All transportation within China for official programs activities Visa to China		EXPENSES NOT INCLUDED IN THE FEE: Passport, transportation to and from the point of embarkation and arrival home in the U.S., personal expenses such as telephone, fax, Internet access charges outside host campus, costs of souvenirs, and additional meals and other activities.
